FAQs
What is your return policy?
Most sales are final. I say “most” because I recognize the need for flexibility in certain circumstances. If you have placed a custom order or ordered a “made to order” piece, all sales are final. If you have ordered a “ready to ship” piece on this site and have issues or concerns after receiving your piece, please reach out to me and I will be happy to discuss.
How long do items take to ship?
All “ready to ship” pieces will ship within 48 hours of order placement. Any made to order item will ship in approximately two weeks from the date of order. Please contact me if you need an item sooner and I will gauge how possible the request is at that time.
Do you do re-sizing or repairs?
Generally speaking, no. That being said, if you have questions in this regard, please contact me. I am a reasonable person and will do my best to help, if possible.
Do you take custom orders?
Please contact me for details on custom orders. I take a certain number of custom orders per month. Once we have solidified your custom design, production is usually three weeks. The holidays (from November through Christmas) are my busiest time for customs. During that time, production will take approximately four weeks. Thus, custom orders that need to be received by Christmas will need to be placed prior to November 28th.
Do you have more photos of a particular piece?
If you would like to see additional photos of a piece, I have listed on the website, please email me. I likely have dozens more photos that didn’t make the cut. I certainly do not hold myself out to be a photographer, and realize that some of my photos are rather rudimentary. I will do my best to get you additional angles and photos should you request them.
What types of materials do you use?
All pieces are crafted in both fine (.999) and sterling (.925) silver. Occasionally, a piece may include a copper or brass embellishment, which will be described in the listing. Gemstones used vary and will be described in each listing.
How do I care for my piece?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes. The best way to prevent this is to wear your jewelry! That being said, I like to store my pieces in anti-tarnish bags. They are available on Amazon. If your piece needs a little polish or shine, I recommend Sunshine Polishing Cloths, which are also available on Amazon. I find they work the best for a nice shine. I will also professionally polish all of my pieces at no cost. The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
